This was one of the first missions established under my dad's ministry many years ago. The mission had never grown like it was expected to do and one reason for this was that the section of town where it is located was a very transient section of town.

The property was purchased in October of 1963 and the first standard mission building was built shortly there after.

We began working at this mission in May of 1985 with Bro. Francisco Sanchez and in September of 1988, we organized our fourth church. Today, this is one of our strongest churches which runs over 200 in attendance. Rev. Francisco Sanchez is still the pastor of this work.

Bro. Franciso Sanchez is on the Missions Committee of the BBF of Mexico. His church is very missions minded and support 15 missionaries all over the world. One of his brothers is a missionary among one of the Indian tribs of Mexico.
